Logan Square Partners is an independent placement agent focused on bringing niche, differentiated strategies to institutional investors.
Logan Square Partners is a Philadelphia-based placement agent that is focused on representing niche managers with a proven defined and explainable investment advantage. We work across most alternative categories and represent managers across their life cycle.
We take an allocator-first approach and hope to be an asset in the manager selection process and to assist in all aspects of the investment process.
Our investor relationships span family offices, endowments, foundations, and corporate and public pension funds. We stay closely attuned to investor mandates and pacing, so introductions are as relevant as possible — meaning fewer wasted conversations and time well spent for everyone.
Securities offered through Old City Securities LLC. Member FINRA and FINRA BrokerCheck.
A senior-led mandate from first conversation to final close.
Introductions across a curated network of institutional limited partners — family offices, endowments, foundations, and pension funds.
Before a single investor conversation, we pressure-test the materials, the narrative, and the timing the way a real diligence committee will. Our aim is to help managers enter investor conversations well-prepared and well-positioned.
Ongoing stewardship of investor relationships through the life of a raise — and after it closes. Clear, consistent communication with LPs, with the goal of building relationships that extend beyond any single raise.
We invest significant time upfront understanding your strategy, portfolio, and positioning before we go to market. We focus on quality introductions and lasting LP relationships over transaction volume.
Capital raising and capital allocation are two sides of the same conversation.
